SWIPECAST AWARDS 2017 JURY MEMBER: Maxwell Osborne grew up in Kensington, Brooklyn, and began his fashion career at Sear Comb’s streetwear label Sean John as an intern. It was here that he met Dao-Yi Chow. Osborne later joined Chow at his newly formed fashion boutique, Arrive, in 2005, before forming Public School with Chow in 2008 to reflect their city-kid backgrounds. Together, they won the 2013 CFDA Swarovski Award and CDFA/Vogue Fashion Fund. In 2015, they became creative directors at DKNY before stepping down at the end of 2016 to continue pursuing their own passions.
