Gianluca Santoro was born in Salerno 1977, Italy, but has travelled since the age of ten, living in New York, Paris and he is currently based in London. Self-taught, he comes from a family of artists. His work has been featured in advertising campaigns for leading fashion houses and beauty brands and in editorials such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ , Elle and more. Santoro’s photographic vision is underpinned by his interest in the camera as a tool for experimentation and a fascination with the process of making images.
