He has become known for his daring and sensual portraits, always illuminating a rare kind of beauty. Benjamin has always been interested in colour and form; the fact that he became a photographer was somewhat of a coincidence. The very moment he bought his first digital camera he knew that he had found something special. That was the beginning of a whole new life, he left northern Sweden for Stockholm and started working as a photograph assistant. Influenced by the meticulous style of Richard Avedon, Irving Penn and Mikael Jansson – who he worked with for a couple of years – Benjamin has developed his own aesthetic. Putting a modern twist on the classic art of photography. His editorial clients include Vogue UK, CR Fashion Book, Bon Magazine, Stockholm S/S/A/W, SLEEK Magazine, 10 Magazine, Russh Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar UK.
