Based in New York Richardson works internationally as a photographer and director. He contributes to several international publications such as Vogue, Dazed & Confused, V Magazine, and Interview. His recent print campaigns include projects for Estée Lauder, Diesel, and Covergirl and Nike. Previous portrait subjects include Lady Gaga, Rinko Kikuchi, Tao Okamoto, Nicola Formichetti, and LCD Sound System. Richardson’s photographic work has been exhibited internationally and can be found in the collections of Deutsche Bank, the Art Gallery of NSW, and the estate of Sir Elton John. Three books of his photographic work have been published since 2006. His directorial work includes subjects in film, dance, and technology festivals—such as the Venice Biennale and onedotzero. Recent commercial clients include Covergirl, Diesel, NARS, Mugler, Givenchy, Lexus, and Nike. His first monograph 'Spiritual Machine' published through Prestel, was the subject of a solo exhibition at Milk Gallery in 2015. Represented by Art + Commerce
