Both had tremendous impact in his young life. His appreciation Art & Fashion came to him by working closely with his mother on her designs and architectural projects at a very young age, helping her style and shoot many of the models she worked with, and accompanying her on shows whenever possible. His appreciation for Photography came from his father, who showed him life is lived & found in the seconds -- the moments and choices made within them and preparation is everything to win. A quote he has been know to have repeated in relation to his Photographic works : "It's not the Car, its the Driver".  Entering his young adult life, Paul Liam received an opportunity to study abroad. He emerged himself in his passion -- art, photography\film direction, & writing. Entering University, he graduated with a degrees in Art, Communications & Film, and International Business.  After he graduated and travelled through France, Italy, Switzerland, Argentina, Mexico, Peru to work on personal photography, film & art projects extensively.  His professional career began in advertising & film, where held he worked as a Creative Director for various agencies, yet never putting the camera down. He has always regarded his years in the industry as 'Divergent thinking in marathon form, where imagination meets purpose'. Simultaneously, Paul Liam began applying his experiences in Philanthropy, and and most recently founded the TERRA BABEL PROJECT at the L. R. Du Bois Foundation. Paul Liam's work has to date been a true labor of passion and artistic expression immersing himself in every aspect of the creative process from Creative Direction and even styling in his own personal artistic works.
