Justin M. Thomas is an independent filmmaker, writer, visual artist, and activist based in Brooklyn, NY. His award-winning documentary films have screened at festivals throughout NYC, and he has launched a mobile app startup called The Black Independent Filmmaker App, which supports independent filmmakers of color.
